This policy explains how Mezzoware Systems, LLC ("Mezzoware", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website.
This website is informational. We do not sell products or process payments here. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us.

- Information you send us. This website has no forms and collects nothing from you as you browse. If you email us using the address shown on the site, we receive your email address, your name as it appears on the message, and whatever you choose to include.
- Technical information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the date and time of the request. This is used to operate and secure the site.
How we use it
We use the information you send solely to respond to your enquiry and to correspond with you about a possible engagement. We use technical information to keep the site running, diagnose problems, and protect against abuse.

Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records, and delete it when it no longer serves that purpose.
Your choices
You may ask us to provide a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@mezzoware.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law; we honor those rights regardless of whether we are strictly required to.
Data location
We operate in the United States, and correspondence you send us is processed there.
Children
This site is directed at businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Our other websites
Mezzoware Systems operates other websites and services under separate names. Each of those has its own privacy policy governing that site, and this policy does not apply to them.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a website we do not operate, that site's own privacy practices apply and we are not responsible for them.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
